Each booster box contains varying hits, but you can typically expect to get somewhere around six Illustration Rares, with one or two Special Illustration Rares mixed in, depending on how fortunate you are

That said, its definitely not worth playing a multicolor card that puts a Rule of Law effect on only yourself in order to get it
